OMG! Adorbz of the Day: Four-year-old Carter has spina bifida. Sure, it sucks, but it certainly helps that he has the sort of father who will take the time to transform his wheelchair into a mini Buster’s Ice Cream Truck, complete with calliope soundtrack.
